Shorting XHB was on my radar this AM, but like usual I missed the move!
My theory was that with several of the homies reporting earnings this week (KBH, LEN) and economic data on existing and new home sales, there would be downward pressure on the group. Sure enough I was correct.
The move from the open to 10:42am was about $.80 or 3.3%, would have been a nice gain!
